Valentine’s Recipe Contest– The Raspberry Truffle
Last week, we tasted the entries from the Valentine’s Recipe Contest that we had on our Adult Chocolate Milk facebook page. The entries we received were fantastic and rather than pick 1 winner, we decided to present all of our favorites to you. With the help of Susan Crabtree at Puerta Bella and Kristina Toddy of EOL Photography, we conducted a super fun Valentine’s photo shoot last Thursday! If the recipe was selected, we took a photo of the cocktail and posted the name and creator on the image. We will also be sending them t-shirts as a special thank you. So, without further ado, here is our first VALENTINE cocktail: (drumroll please….)
RASPBERRY TRUFFLE

2 parts Adult Chocolate Milk
1 part Chambord vodka
Splash of milk or half and half
Shake over ice
Pour into martini glass that has been drizzled with chocolate syrup, garnish with fresh raspberry.

This was a super-fun shoot, and I wanted to eat and drink everything!!! I cannot for the life of me decide which one to make for my honey on Valentine’s Day…so maybe I will just play “bartender” and make them ALL!
